Issue:
Unable to exit a position due to the error: "Reduce-only error".
Reason:
1. You have closed part of the position directly on the exchange.
2. Your fees have been lowered, but the exchange does not send this updated information via API key (e.g., VIP level, exchange bonuses, etc.).
3. You do not have an open position on the exchange.
Solution:
1. Do not partially close the position directly on the exchange.
2. Contact our support team to get more details.
3. Do not close the position manually on the exchange, use WunderTrading instead.
Example:
1. You entered a Long position with 100 ADA/USDT and enabled "Reduce Only", but then decided to close part of the position directly on the exchange. In this case, you will receive a "Reduce-only" error.
2. Your trading fees were lowered by the exchange, but the default fee is still being used via API, which may result in this error.
