You can start using WunderTrading completely free, which will allow you to start with manual trading and copy-trading. The other plans allow you to have more open positions, active bots and more advanced features.
Paid plans are very competitive. Plan Pricing: Starter - 4.95$; Basic - $19.95; Pro - $39.95; Premium - $89.95 of course buying a subscription for a longer period (12 months) will give you a substantial discount.
Being on any plan does not restrict you to either upgrading or downgrading to any plan with immediate effect without losing monetary value.
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade your current plan we will take into account the number of days that are left on your current plan, recalculate their value and they will be added as a discount to the price of the plan that you are purchasing.
Example:
You are currently on the “Basic” plan and you have 10 days left. You would like to switch to the next level (Pro plan for $39.95). In this case, your 10 days will be converted into $6.65 ($19.95 / 30 * 10 = $6.65) and your final price of the “Pro” plan will be $33.30 ($39.95 – $6.65 = $33.30)
Downgrading Your Plan
The downgrade is also possible and it will also take into account the number of remaining days of your current plan.
Example:
If you currently have a “Premium” plan for $89.95 and you have 10 days left, that would be recalculated as $29.98 ($89.95 / 30 * 10 =$29.98). Switching to the “Pro” plan will give you this amount as a discount and the final bill will be 9.97$. At the same time, if you decide to switch to the “Basic” plan, your remaining amount will give you 45 days for free.
Important!
1) Account limitations will apply once a downgrade takes place. It means that some of the bots and APIs may be disabled due to account restrictions, which may lead to position closure. For example, if a bot becomes disabled due to account limitations it will close associated positions.
2) Switching from a plan to plan may round up the number of days which may cause a loss of 1 day per one switch. If you made purchase using card, auto-renew will be cancelled.
Payment methods
Pay with a payment card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Crypto (10+), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You have the option to terminate your existing subscription through the Subscription Billing Tab.
It's important to remember that taking this action will only halt the automatic renewal of your subscription, and it won't affect any remaining duration of your current active subscription.
The recurring payment feature is activated exclusively after completing a payment using a bank card through Paddle or PayPal.
If you used cryptocurrency (via Coingate) to pay for your subscription, those payments do not come with automatic renewals. As a result, there is no requirement to cancel it.
How I can Edit my Card Details?
If you paid for the subscription through a Credit or Debit card you can update your card details to ensure the continuation of the subscription payments. This can be done in the Subscription Billing Tab.
What Will Happen if My Subscription Expires?
When your subscription will expire and it does not have the auto-renewal option, then it will be automatically switched to the free plan.
