Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Add to Home screen.

Tap the Share icon at the bottom.
Select Add to Home Screen from the options.
Rename the web app if needed, then tap Add.

On MacOS (Safari)

Click the Share button in the Safari toolbar, then choose Add to Dock.
Rename the web app if needed, then tap Add.
The web app is saved to the Applications folder of your home folder, and you can open it from the Dock, Launchpad, or Spotlight.

Select Cast, save, and share and click Create shortcut.
Customize the app name and tap Create.
