We also believe our staff have the right to work in a safe environment and feel free from any abusive behavior. We understand that users have high expectations regarding the level of service provided by us. However, on rare occasions, users’ demands extend beyond what is acceptable and become unreasonable.
Expectations of Customer Behavior
Users are expected to treat all WunderTrading team members with courtesy and respect at all times. This includes refraining from using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language and behavior.
We understand that people can become angry in certain situations. However, if that anger escalated into aggression or abuse towards our employees, we consider that unacceptable.
Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, age, religion, gender, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
Users are required to comply with all company guidelines and procedures during their interactions with WunderTrading team members. (See Terms and Conditions)
In case of disagreement or dispute, customers are expected to engage in constructive dialogue with our support team members. Threats and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
How We Will Deal with Aggressive, Abusive, or Unreasonable Behavior by Our Users
We will issue a written warning and may connect you to a different support member. If this behavior escalates further, we reserve the right to restrict access to our platform entirely, without the possibility of a refund.
