Expectations of customer behavior.

Introduction

At WunderTrading we believe that our users have a right to be heard, understood and respected. We also believe our staff have the right to work in a safe environment and feel free from any abusive behavior. We understand that users have high expectations of the level of service to be provided by us. However in rare occasions users demands extend beyond what is acceptable to become unreasonable.


Expectations of customer behavior

  1. Users are expected to treat all WunderTrading team members with courtesy and respect at all times. This includes refraining from using offensive, abusive or discriminatory language and behavior.

  2. We understand that people can become angry in certain situations. However, if that anger escalated into aggression or abuse towards our employees, we consider that unacceptable.

  3. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, age, religion, gender or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

  4. Users are required to comply with all company guidelines and procedures during their interactions with WunderTrading team members. (Terms and Conditions)

  5. In case of disagreement or dispute, customers are expected to engage in constructive dialogue with our support team members. Threats and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

How we will deal with aggressive, abusive or any unreasonable behavior by our users.

We will issue a written warning and possibly connect you to a different support member. If this behavior will escalate further, we reserve the right to completely restrict access to our platform without the possibility of refund.
